I self-published because the price was right: $299. If I sell 100 books, then I break even. If I sell 200, then I can write "How to Double Your Money in Publishing." I created a web site:

I subcombed to the theory of build it and they will come. It hasn't worked. I've had about 200 visits and 195 are me!
